I have been wanting to say something about this book for quite a while but I didn't have my thoughts together due to being busy. Most of the other reviewers have touched upon most of the pros and cons of this one but for me the thing that is most significant is the change in "power" dynamic for books in this subgenre. In "hotwife" stories the couple is usually, in varying degrees, in it together and equally in control of what happens. In "cuckold" stories the female is in control and the male is normally passively accepting. Here, however our male protagonist is in control and our female is basically his submissive plaything acting to fulfill his voyeuristic and sharing fancy. Part of the excitement was the power he had over her to "corrupt" her. I must say that this was a hot and fresh twist. I didn't catch on to it at first but once I did I, to my surprise, enjoyed it. In the end he exercised his power fairly..."ruling" with a velvet glove. The ending was very satisfying and almost could have been a hot short story by itself. I would like to see more stories like this one...with a similar "power dynamic." The hallmark of great erotica is to make the reader feel excitement for something that he or she has never thought of before or to see things in a new way. This one does just that!Product details

Heidi Corrupted an exwife sharing romance edition by Max Sebastian Literature Fiction eBooks Reviews
This story is unlike any I've read before. The title could refer to how Max has corrupted our expectations. I really don't want to delve into any plot specifics. The emotions are raw and the sex scenes are hot. If you're a fan of Max's work you don't need my recommendation, you already know how good the writing is. If you've never read anything by him, give this a try, then start cracking on the rest of his catalogue, cause you're really missing out.
I was a beta reader for this story but with no expectation I would give this review.
I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I don't think there is a book or story from Max that I haven't enjoyed. This book moved along with out boring gaps and I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys a well written story.
Finally something new, Refreshing story line instead of all the same old......Had a nice ending to it that I didn't see coming. And no humiliation of some poor hubby.
I just could not get into this story. It seemed to drone on too slow and the characters just seemed bland to me. The female lead seemed to be more of a zombie than an interesting character. I like most of the work from this author, but this was not one of his best. In hindsight, I would not buy this one again.
The story was bland. The characters never really drew me in. Each chapter seemed like a repeat of the last one. I never found the sex very hot. The important angst angle was completely missing. I simply kept readng to find out how it ends. Actually, the ending was very good. Wish I liked the rest of the book as much. Sorry Max.
Facing a lackluster marriage to Heidi, Joe chooses an annulment since they never consummated it. But Heidi asks him for help. Why does all her relationships end in failure? Feeling somewhat guilty that he hadn't tried to make their marriage work he agrees to help. Her lack of sexual skills and enthusiasm together with a lack of confidence in herself needs correcting. In the process Heidi blossoms and Joe discovers she is now a beautiful and desirable woman, but needs to find her true love as he now realizes his voyeur nature and that isn't what she needs
It looks like I'll be in the minority here, but I have one question? Are you sure this is the same author that wrote "The Game?" Of course I know it is, but find it hard to believe. First something positive "The Game" was one of the most erotic suspenseful books I have ever read in this genre, a total winner. "Heidi" on the other hand is an amateur version dotted with vanilla sex scenes (only after about 42% through the book) with a twist of a storyline meant to keep us interested. The book was predictable in almost every way as were the charecters. Maybe I had too high of expectations followering "The Game", but you set those expectations and this book did not live up to them.
